You Must Do What You Love

I have a sticker on my bathroom mirror that reads, "You must do what you love."

I looked at the sticker every morning for at least one year while getting ready to go to a job that I could no longer stand.  I had been teaching English for 22 years and I just did not want to continue anymore.

I felt like such a hypocrite.  Until Friday, January 15th, 2016 rolled around.  My freedom day...a day that I will never forget.

Thanks to that decision, I am finally able to live a life that I love.  A life where I am able to combine everything that I am passionate about...dogs, being outside, walking, and writing.
